The Snip-its technology platform consists of four distinct tools:

Each salon uses a proprietary POS system. This computer collects all customer data, including name, address, email, and children's birthdays. It also keeps track of all daily business, including cash management, time clocks, customer waiting lists, birthday party tracking, cash register functions, and retail sales. Stores synchronize their POS computers with the corporate office, where the data is consolidated on the Portal website.

The Portal is a secure, password-protected website used by all Snip-its franchisees to monitor your business in real time and manage your business from anywhere you can get internet access. The Portal is the heartbeat of your salon(s). It is here that you will enter new products and services, employees, and other important information. You can access valuable reports such as Sales Summary Reports, Payroll Reports, Customer Loyalty Reports, and many others. The Portal is invaluable for franchisees and the corporate support team to continually monitor and improve business.

Snip-its provides each franchisee with access to Snip-its email.
