"My son had a wonderful haircut at Snip-its today. The stylist smiled and set him up with the computer mouse and told him he could balance it on his leg. He happily played computer games while Stephanie cut his hair. She took great care when moving the clippers near my son's ears. Stephanie spoke to me about different types of products that would enhance my son's hair and make it easier to tame his hair in the mornings. At the conclusion of the haircut, Stephanie brought us up to the reception desk and presented my son with a card for the Magic Box. After he received his prize, she offered him a balloon to take home. She thanked us for our visit and invited us to come back soon. I would gladly recommend this location to my friends with young children. It makes going to get a haircut fun and entertaining for both my son and me!"

"My daughter wanted a short haircut, and as I was unsure, Sheryl (the stylist) brought a styling book over and went over the different types of cuts. We decided on a "bob" which my daughter loves. Sheryl offered suckers and cartoons on the monitor while my daughter was having her hair done. Sheryl was friendly and chatted appropriately and asked us questions about her hobbies and colors she likes, etc as well as her sister who was not getting a haircut that day. We loved the haircut and the personal attention (my daughter was given "fairy dust", beads for her hair, suckers, stick on earrings...etc). How fun!"

"During our wait, I noticed another customer was having a difficult time deciding on a type of haircut. The child's hair was not quite long enough to donate to Locks of Love. The stylist gave lots of encouragement and ideas so that the child could make a good decision. The stylist gave lots of options on styles to the child, should she decide to have her hair cut. In the end the child decided to have her hair cut. The stylist was very encouraging and supportive of her decision."
