The Snip-its in Round Rock, TX has a job opening for a Salon Manager who is passionate about working with children, managing a talented team, and is seeking to create a fun, supportive environment for our hair care professionals. At Snip-its, Hair Salon Managers enjoy working with a variety of adorable children, delivering magic through memorable first haircut experiences, and managing a fun and highly skilled salon staff.

Our fully equipped salons cater to families with children and provide a fun, safe, and exciting hair cutting and styling experience for boys and girls ages 6 months to 12 years old.

WHAT HAIR SALON MANAGERS GET:

• Competitive starting base pay based on experience: $17-$20 / hr
• Tips averaging $1400 / month

HAIR SALON MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

• A current TX cosmetology license
• A commitment to working some weekend days each month
• An enthusiastic, patient, and outgoing personality
• A love of children and desire to make these little ones (and parents) feel special
• Ability to effectively attract, hire, train, and manage salon staff
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• A willingness to proactively recommend and sell products and add-ons
• A dedication to learning the latest trends in children’s hair care
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage customer expectations, and maintain a positive salon staff environment
